   This is one of my favorite dramas of all time. The sound track is unbelievably ambient and subtly, elegantly evocative. The score beautifully expressed suspense, bittersweetness, and other emotions, adding a layer of auditory pleasure to the layer of visual pleasure derived from the commendable filming techniques and production. The production, such as the sets, costumes and props, is sophisticated and beautiful. The filming techniques were experimental and well executed. The casting was PERFECT, with the exception of Han Ga In, who was good, but definitely weaker compared to the other stellar cast members. The only problem with this drama is the slightly messily set up plot in the beginning and the abrupt conclusion. It’s hard to understand exactly why Gunwook is so fixated on revenge. The plot unfolds and explains the motives of other characters quite nicely as the drama progresses, but the initial motivation for Gunwook’s burning desire for revenge is not convincing enough. The abrupt ending was something that was out of the control of the production team. Kim Nam Gil was suddenly drafted in the army, so the drama was cut short by three episodes. The production team even had to use a substitute for Kim Nam Gil for some scenes. I don’t think they had any other choice but to drastically change the script and come up with a new ending. I feel wronged and cheated somehow by Kim Nam Gil’s conscription. I was deprived of three more episodes of Bad Guy and this drama was marred by the bizarre ending induced by Kim Nam Gil’s sudden departure. Trust me, if you watch this drama, you will bang your head against the desk when you see the ending. Actually, I quite liked the ending because there was something bittersweet and poetic about it. But my heart was broken by it. And also, after the sentimental feelings faded away, my mind still could not come to grips as to why the HECK the protagonist had to make that choice. All in all, I had Bad Guy withdrawal for at least a month after it ended. Thanks for uploading it on YT.

     it’s been more than a month… and it’s always my favorite drama of all time i rewatched it so many time but the end…:(

       Love it for real the soundtrack absolutely perfect
       beside royal family one of the best drama i’ve ever seen
